Sportradar Group AG’s U.S.-listed shares rose 6% on Thursday after the sports data provider expanded its long-term agreement with Polymarket, a prediction market regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Under the expanded deal, Sportradar will supply premium sports data, live odds, and streaming content to Polymarket, covering over 20 global leagues and competitions. The partnership now spans approximately 300,000 matches annually across soccer, basketball, and tennis, including newly added leagues such as the Bundesliga, Euroleague Basketball, the Chinese Basketball Association, and the National Basketball League.
The agreement also integrates Tennis Grand Slams and UTR Pro events into Polymarket’s platform. Existing coverage already included major leagues such as the ATP Tour, Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Sportradar will provide Polymarket with audiovisual content featuring exclusive streaming rights for the ATP Tour, Bundesliga, and Euroleague Basketball, alongside fan engagement tools, marketing services, and integrity monitoring through its UFDS AI system and the Sportradar Integrity Exchange.
Carsten Koerl, Sportradar’s CEO, said the expanded partnership reinforces the company’s role in the prediction market ecosystem, calling it a "compelling adjacent growth opportunity."
Sportradar’s U.S.-listed shares were up 6% at $12.45 in midday trading on Thursday.
