Siebert Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: SIEB) has partnered with tZERO Group, Inc. to enable its 170,000 account holders to access eligible tokenized securities through tZERO's infrastructure.
The collaboration integrates tZERO's services into Siebert's wealth management and institutional distribution channels, allowing accredited and institutional investors to access Streamex Corp.'s (NASDAQ: STEX) gold-backed tokenized security GLDY. tZERO will provide investor onboarding, identity verification, compliance, custody of digital asset securities, secondary market infrastructure via the tZERO Securities ATS, correspondent clearing and settlement, transfer agent services, and lifecycle management.
Muriel Siebert & Co. LLC, Siebert's broker-dealer subsidiary, will introduce customer accounts to tZERO for correspondent clearing and custody of digital asset securities. Ralph Daiuto, Chief Legal Officer at Muriel Siebert & Co. and Head of Digital Assets Strategy at Siebert, stated that the partnership allows Siebert to offer a comprehensive digital asset securities capability through a single relationship, covering issuance, custody, trading, transfer agency, and correspondent clearing.
