Rajeev Khurana, Sezzle Inc.’s general counsel, purchased 129.4498 ordinary shares of the company on August 20, 2026, for a total of $14,999 at a price of $115.875 per share. The transaction was executed through a brokerage account via a monetary value-based order, according to regulatory filings.
The purchase follows Sezzle’s Q2 2026 financial results, which reported revenue of $149.7 million, a 51.7% increase year-over-year. Net income for the quarter reached $40.8 million, while adjusted EBITDA totaled $58 million. Earnings per share stood at $1.13. The company also raised its full-year earnings guidance.
Sezzle’s stock has delivered an 88% return over the past six months, and its shares were trading at $117.93 at the time of the purchase. Analysts at InvestingPro noted the stock was trading above its fair value estimate. Khurana’s total direct holdings in Sezzle now amount to 3,629.4498 shares.
The transaction coincides with Sezzle’s expanded partnership with WebBank, which now includes new products such as SezzleCash and Sezzle Send, both backed by installment loans. WebBank will initially retain up to $30 million in loans, with a potential increase to $150 million. TD Cowen upgraded Sezzle’s stock rating from Neutral to Buy following the company’s earnings release, citing elevated expectations after a significant stock surge over the prior three months.
