Global real estate services provider Savills on Tuesday reported a significant increase in first-half revenue for 2026, alongside a rise in operating margins as demand for property advisory and management services strengthened.
The London-based company said revenue rose 12% year-over-year to £1.1 billion in the six months ended June 30, supported by growth across its advisory, transaction and facilities management divisions. Operating profit increased 18% to £145 million, while the operating margin expanded to 13.2% from 11.8% in the same period a year earlier.
Savills attributed the outperformance to resilient commercial real estate activity in key markets, including the U.S. and Europe, as well as continued demand for its integrated property services. The company also highlighted contributions from its recent acquisitions, which bolstered its geographic and sectoral footprint.
Chief Executive Officer Mark Ridley said the results reflected the firm’s ability to navigate a challenging macroeconomic environment while capitalizing on structural shifts in real estate demand, including the rise of flexible workspace solutions and sustainability-focused advisory services.
The company maintained its full-year guidance, reaffirming expectations for mid-single-digit revenue growth and margin expansion, citing ongoing momentum in transaction volumes and recurring revenue streams.
Shares in Savills were up 3.5% in early London trading on Tuesday, outperforming the broader FTSE 250 index.
