Swiss generic and biosimilar drugmaker Sandoz has agreed to a transaction worth up to $77 million to acquire the rights for three biosimilar products from Shanghai Henlius Biotech.
The agreement expands Sandoz's portfolio of biosimilar medications as the company continues to develop its footprint in the advanced biologics sector.
