RWS Holdings plc has been named a leader in The Forrester Wave: Localization Services, Q3 2026, receiving the top score of 5.0 across 18 of 27 evaluated criteria.
The report highlighted RWS’s strengths in vision, innovation, large language model investment and modernization, data modeling and AI risk controls, AI search and semantics, hyperlocalization and cultural adaptation, context and data strategy, regulated localization and compliance, multimodal localization, and talent strategy.
Forrester described the company as offering "one of the field's clearest views of localization as AI infrastructure," noting its "superior hyperlocalization, AI-readiness services, context handling, and multimodal localization." The research firm identified RWS as "a strong fit for global enterprises, especially those in regulated or brand-sensitive markets that need cultural relevance and compliance across all touchpoints."
Benjamin Faes, chief executive officer of RWS, said: "For us, being named a Leader reflects the position RWS has built over many years of investment in language technology, AI and specialist expertise." He also acknowledged Forrester's evaluation rigor, stating the firm "looked closely across our strategy and capabilities and spoke directly with our customers."
Shares of RWS Holdings closed at 130.00 GBP on Sept. 23, up 2.30 GBP or 1.80%.
