Rezolve AI Inc. shares surged 15.6% in pre-market trading on Tuesday after the company announced a partnership with Google Cloud to deploy its distributed database technology for blockchain data indexing.
The deal marks Google Cloud’s selection of Rezolve AI’s infrastructure for its Web3 initiative, which will utilize the technology to power data pipelines across 10 blockchain networks. The initial deployment covers approximately 100 terabytes of historical blockchain data, with each block undergoing multiple cryptographic checks and schema validations before inclusion in Google Cloud’s public datasets.
The partnership builds on Rezolve AI’s prior acquisition of Subsquid, a decentralized blockchain data platform. Management indicated future plans to expand the integration to additional blockchain networks and enhance capabilities with agentic features.
Revenue projections for the first half of 2026 were raised to approximately $127 million, nearly 20 times the $6.32 million reported in the same period a year earlier. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was maintained at roughly $360 million, with management anticipating stronger performance in the second half of the year.
Rezolve AI’s stock, trading under the ticker RZLV, had earlier touched a 52-week low of $2.05 but remained well below its peak of $8.45. The broader market showed modest gains, with the Nasdaq up 0.8%, the S&P 500 rising 0.4%, and the Dow Jones advancing 0.5%.
