Revelation Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: REVB) has selected Avance Clinical to manage its Phase 2/3 TITAN study of the company’s proprietary drug Gemini, which targets inflammation-related conditions including acute kidney injury (AKI).
The trial is designed with an adaptive framework and remains on track to commence enrollment later this year, the company said. Avance Clinical will handle site identification and management, patient recruitment, safety monitoring and data management for the study.
James Rolke, Chief Executive Officer of Revelation Biosciences, stated that the company selected Avance Clinical following an extensive evaluation process.
Avance Clinical, headquartered in Australia, operates across North America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. The firm established a Renal and Cardiometabolic Center of Excellence in October 2025 to focus on kidney disease trials.
Revelation’s pipeline for Gemini includes additional indications such as chronic kidney disease, prevention of post-surgical infection, and treatment of hyperinflammation and infection associated with severe burns.
