RCM Technologies posts Q2 earnings beat, revenue above estimates

RCM Technologies Inc. reported second-quarter earnings that exceeded analyst projections, with adjusted earnings per share beating estimates by $0.18. Revenue also came in above market expectations, signaling resilient demand across its service offerings.
The company’s adjusted EPS for the quarter reached $0.42, compared with the consensus estimate of $0.24 among analysts surveyed by Refinitiv. Total revenue climbed to $158.7 million, up 8% year-over-year and surpassing the $152.3 million forecast.
Management attributed the outperformance to sustained client engagement and operational efficiency gains. The results follow a period of steady growth in RCM Technologies’ core markets, including technology consulting and managed services.
RCM Technologies did not provide forward guidance in its earnings release. Analysts had previously forecast full-year revenue of $620 million and adjusted EPS of $1.10, though these figures may now be subject to revision following the quarter’s results.
