Shah’s transactions followed the exercise of stock options and the vesting of restricted stock units. He acquired 50,000 shares via option exercises at $2.33 per share on August 21 and August 25. Precigen reported strong second-quarter results, posting earnings per share of $0.05, ahead of the expected loss of $0.01. Revenue reached $54.98 million, nearly double the forecast of $27.83 million, while net income totaled $20.1 million, marking a return to profitability driven by robust demand for PAPZIMEOS, the company’s therapy for adult recurrent respiratory papillomatosis.
