Predictive Discovery Limited has officially changed its corporate name to PDI Gold Limited following registration with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the company said on Monday.
The name change, approved by shareholders on August 21, 2026, will take effect on the Australian Securities Exchange at market open on September 9, 2026, aligning with the Toronto Stock Exchange schedule. The company’s ticker symbol remains PDI on both exchanges.
PDI Gold also launched a new corporate website at www.pdigold.com to reflect the rebranding.
Shareholders approved a five-for-one share consolidation, with the transaction set to be implemented across both exchanges. On the Toronto Stock Exchange, the consolidation is expected to become effective on Thursday. On the ASX, pre-consolidation trading will conclude on Tuesday, with post-consolidation trading beginning on a deferred settlement basis on Wednesday. The record date is set for August 27, 2026, and normal settlement trading of the consolidated shares is scheduled to commence on September 7, 2026.
The company operates gold mining assets in West Africa, including the Kiniero Gold Mine in Guinea, which began production in late 2025, the Nampala Gold Mine in Mali, operational since 2017, and the Bankan Gold Project in Guinea, currently under development.
PDI Gold noted that the timetable is indicative and may be adjusted to comply with listing rules.
