Predictive Discovery Limited said Monday it has completed its corporate rebranding to PDI Gold Limited, following shareholder approval last week. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission approved the name change, which takes effect at the market open on September 9 on the Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange.
The company also executed a 5:1 share consolidation, converting every five ordinary shares into one. Trading in the new PDI Gold shares on the ASX will begin with deferred settlement on September 3, with normal settlement resuming on September 7. The Toronto Stock Exchange plans to align its consolidation timing with the ASX.
PDI Gold operates gold mining assets in West Africa, including the Kiniero and Nampala gold mines and the Bankan gold project. The Kiniero mine began production in late 2025, while Nampala has been in operation since 2017. The company’s shares trade under the ticker PDI on both exchanges and its updated corporate website is www.pdigold.com.
The consolidation and rebranding follow shareholder approval granted on August 21, with the record date set for August 27.
