Parsons Corporation said on Monday it had won a five-year, $665 million contract to provide logistics and operational support services to the U.S. Army.
The award, announced by the U.S. Department of Defense, covers a range of services including facility maintenance, transportation, and supply chain management. Parsons will manage operations across multiple Army installations under the agreement.
The contract, awarded through the Army’s Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), is expected to begin immediately and run through 2029. Financial terms were not disclosed beyond the $665 million ceiling.
Parsons, a Virginia-based defense and technology firm, has previously held LOGCAP contracts and specializes in infrastructure and mission support for government agencies. The company’s shares were not immediately available for comment as trading was closed.
The deal underscores the Pentagon’s reliance on private contractors for logistical and operational support amid ongoing military operations and base management requirements.
