OwlTing Group, the Nasdaq-listed fintech holding company behind the OwlPay Harbor platform, highlighted accelerating adoption of its stablecoin-based cross-border payment network during a presentation at the Lytham Partners 2026 Consumer & Technology Investor Summit.
Darren Wang, OwlTing’s founder and CEO, emphasized the company’s progress in scaling enterprise-grade payment infrastructure, noting that transaction volumes more than doubled from June to July. The platform now supports enterprise-scale volumes exceeding $100 million per day, with one client expanding monthly transaction volume from $3 million to $15 million in a single month. As of July, OwlPay Harbor serves 79 enterprise clients, with six consecutive months of volume growth reported.
The company’s regulatory footprint spans 50 U.S. states, alongside approvals in Japan, Europe, and other jurisdictions—a foundation built over five years. OwlPay Harbor enables stablecoin settlements in approximately two minutes for transactions such as a Nigeria-to-Cyprus payment, compared with 24 to 48 hours via traditional banking routes and fees of $30 to $40. Wang described the model as analogous to TSMC’s role in semiconductors, positioning OwlTing as an infrastructure provider rather than a consumer-facing brand.
Financially, OwlTing reported trailing twelve-month revenue of $7.86 million, a gross profit margin of 2.56%, and a net loss of $0.39 per share over the same period. Shares trade at $5.43, reflecting a 90% decline over the past year, with a market capitalization of roughly $480 million. Analysts project revenue growth of approximately 380% in fiscal 2026, though profitability is not expected this year. Transaction fees range from 15 to 50 basis points depending on the payment corridor, while FX spreads typically vary between 50 basis points and 2% based on destination country.
Wang cited regulatory timelines as a persistent challenge, noting that securing U.S. state-level money transmitter licenses can span years. He added that the company has reduced onboarding time from up to four weeks to as little as three days, with a global reach enabling stablecoin off-ramps in over 60 countries and fiat transfers across more than 250 regions. OwlTing’s infrastructure supports partnerships with Circle, Visa Direct, and legacy business operations in Taiwan.
