Oscar Health Inc. shares reached a 52-week high of $33.54 on Monday, extending a sharp rally that has lifted the insurer’s market capitalization above $10 billion.
The stock last traded at $33.36, up from an earlier real-time quote of $31.23, following the release of second-quarter 2026 results that exceeded analyst expectations. Oscar Health reported adjusted earnings of $1.10 per share, well above the $0.37 per share forecast. Revenue totaled $4.88 billion, surpassing the $4.73 billion estimate.
The company attributed its record first-half profitability to improved medical-cost performance and tighter expense control. Shares have surged 160% over the past six months and 123% year-to-date, with a beta of 2.39 reflecting heightened volatility. The 52-week high marks a significant milestone for the insurer, which has seen its total return climb 90.7% over the past year.
