OMNIQ Corp. reported a net loss of $528,000, or $0.03 per share, on revenue of $7.4 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared with net income of $2.1 million in the same period last year.
The decline in profitability reflects the absence of $3.6 million in other income and debt settlement gains recorded in Q2 2025. Gross profit fell to $1.5 million from $2.0 million, while operating loss deepened to $2.2 million versus $480,000 in the prior-year quarter.
For the six months ended June 30, revenue totaled $15.1 million, down from $15.8 million a year earlier. The company posted a net loss of $2.4 million, or $0.16 per share, compared with a $34,000 net loss in the first half of 2025. Selling, general and administrative expenses climbed to $5.6 million from $3.4 million, while research and development spending increased to $1.1 million from $969,000.
OMNIQ ended the quarter with $1.1 million in cash and cash equivalents, up from $679,000 at year-end 2025. The working capital deficit widened to $15.2 million, while accumulated deficit totaled $126.4 million. Related-party advances reached $7.3 million as of June 30.
The company, based in Salt Lake City, divested its Quest Solution division in July 2025 and now focuses on AI-based machine vision, automation and intelligent mobility solutions.
