Nutanix and ChronoScale Holdings announced a strategic partnership to deliver integrated AI infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers. The collaboration combines Nutanix’s software-defined cloud platform with ChronoScale’s AI infrastructure services, targeting global 2000 organizations.
Under the agreement, ChronoScale will deploy Nutanix software within its AI infrastructure platform to support customer onboarding, tenant management, service automation, and managed Kubernetes environments. The integration will also extend Nutanix’s on-premises cloud footprint by providing access to GPU capacity through ChronoScale’s GPU-as-a-Service offering for predictable workloads and pre-paid inference tokens for burst and experimental tasks.
The companies plan to integrate ChronoScale’s offerings with Nutanix’s enterprise AI features, including Agent Gateway and Private Inferencing, to create a unified control plane spanning on-premises and ChronoScale’s capacity. Nutanix will enable deployment of ChronoScale Foundry, an enterprise AI foundry, within customer environments via the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform Catalog.
Both firms will pursue joint marketing, sales enablement, technical collaboration, and customer engagement initiatives under definitive agreements. ChronoScale operates as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner and plans to deploy NVIDIA HGX B300 systems with NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, while Nutanix maintains its status as an NVIDIA technology partner.
ChronoScale CEO Cenly Chen stated, “The next phase of AI is about making enterprise-grade infrastructure easier to consume and faster to deploy.”
