NowVertical Group Inc. said its shares jumped 31.82% to $0.14 after the company posted Q2 2026 revenue of $9.7 million, an 18% increase from $8.2 million in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA rose 41% year-over-year to $1.5 million, marking a 15% margin.
Gross margin expanded to 50% from 47% in Q2 2025, while net income turned positive at $0.2 million for the first half of 2026, compared with a $1.3 million loss in H1 2025. Operating cash flow improved by $5 million to a positive $1 million in the first six months of the year.
Core data analytics solutions and services, which accounted for 89% of total revenue, grew 7% sequentially and 13% year-over-year to $8.6 million. Google Cloud-related revenue reached $2.5 million, up 10% sequentially and 77% year-over-year. Reselling business revenue fell $600,000 sequentially but doubled from a year earlier, representing 11% of sales.
The company’s total debt facility declined to $16.9 million from $17.6 million, with net debt at 1.8 times trailing 12-month adjusted EBITDA. Working capital stood at $2.3 million. NowVertical’s top 30 accounts generated 85% of Q2 revenue, with 92% coming from clients with more than one year of tenure.
Interim CEO Andre Garber emphasized accelerating execution of the company’s strategy, noting that the increasing complexity of data and AI adoption strengthens NowVertical’s market position. CFO Philip Jones highlighted a shift from compliance reporting to a forward-looking focus. The company has not raised equity since 2023.
