Swedish climate solutions group NIBE Industrier saw its shares rise on Friday, with its B-series stock reaching an intraday high of €3.65 as European markets opened, up from Thursday’s close of €3.59.
The advance followed the release of the company’s Q2 2026 interim report, covering the January-to-June period. In Q1 2026, NIBE reported operating profit of SEK 868 million, an increase of 11% from SEK 782 million in the same quarter of 2025, while the operating margin expanded to 9.0% from 8.1%.
Analysts tracking the stock maintained a broadly positive stance, with seven of the ten firms surveyed assigning a buy rating. The average price target stood at SEK 43.2, according to consensus data.
The company’s performance reflected sustained demand for its heat pump systems, particularly in Germany, where subsidy applications for heat pump installations surged approximately 49% year-on-year in early 2026. NIBE, a key supplier to the European heating market, has benefited from policy-driven incentives aimed at accelerating the transition away from fossil fuel-based heating systems.
The stock’s gain coincided with the release of the interim report at 08:00 CET, aligning with the start of European trading hours.
