Following the sale, Sorond’s beneficial ownership stands at 1,171,792 shares of NextNav, which has a market capitalization of roughly $2.65 billion. The stock was trading near $15.72 at the time of reporting. Over the trailing twelve months the company posted a loss of $0.83 per share, while analysts maintain price targets between $22 and $50.
