Nexera’s Fort Technology to acquire 50.1% stake in Logia USA

Nexera’s subsidiary Fort Technology will acquire a 50.1% stake in Logia USA, the company announced on Monday. The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, will give Nexera majority control of the U.S.-based logistics software provider.
Logia USA specializes in supply-chain management solutions, offering tools for inventory tracking, warehouse automation, and real-time data analytics. The acquisition aligns with Nexera’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the logistics and technology sectors.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Nexera, a diversified technology and logistics group, did not provide additional details on integration plans or potential synergies.
The acquisition is expected to close pending regulatory review and customary closing conditions.
