NETSOL Technologies Inc. announced a restructuring of its leadership in the Americas and Europe, effective immediately, as part of a broader strategic shift to accelerate growth in its core vehicle and equipment leasing and financing software business.
Faizaan Ghauri has been appointed President of NETSOL Technologies Americas, transitioning from his prior role as Chief Strategy Officer. His responsibilities will include overseeing sales, business development, strategic accounts, client growth, partnerships, and support functions across finance, delivery, and accounting. Ghauri, who has spent 15 years with NETSOL in technology and innovation-focused roles, holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Peter Minshall, currently Executive Vice President of NETSOL Americas, will relocate to the United Kingdom to assume the position of Director of Finance and Operations for Europe. In this role, he will manage financial and operational activities for NETSOL Technologies Europe and Virtual Lease Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary that provides portfolio and risk management services to UK-based lenders. Minshall previously held senior leadership positions at Daimler Financial Services.
Umar Qadri will also relocate to the United Kingdom while retaining his position as Deputy Global Head of Sales. His expanded responsibilities will include supporting commercial efforts for NETSOL Technologies Europe and Virtual Lease Services, alongside contributing to global sales objectives.
The leadership changes were announced by Najeeb Ghauri, founder and Chief Executive Officer of NETSOL Technologies. In a statement, he emphasized that the adjustments reflect the strength of the company’s internal leadership pipeline and the confidence placed in executives who have grown alongside the business.
