NCR Voyix signs multi-year retail tech deal with AS Watson
Agreement covers cloud-based point-of-sale, inventory and customer analytics across AS Watson’s global retail network.
NCR Voyix has secured a multi-year contract with AS Watson to provide retail technology solutions, including cloud-based point-of-sale systems, inventory management and customer analytics.
The agreement, valued at multiple millions of dollars, will span several years and cover AS Watson’s retail operations across multiple regions, the companies said in a joint statement on Wednesday.
NCR Voyix, the spin-off of NCR’s retail business, will deploy its software and services to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience for AS Watson’s global network of stores. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
AS Watson, a subsidiary of CK Hutchison, operates retail chains including health and beauty stores in Europe and Asia. The partnership aims to modernize AS Watson’s retail infrastructure with scalable, cloud-based solutions.
NCR Voyix’s CEO expressed confidence that the collaboration will drive long-term growth for both companies, while AS Watson highlighted the need for agile technology to meet evolving consumer demands.
