Nasdaq Inc. said it has completed the acquisition of Dasseti, an AI-powered due diligence and monitoring platform for asset managers and general partners. The transaction was announced on July 23, 2026 and closed on Sept. 2, 2026.
Dasseti’s platform covers 17,000 asset managers and general partners, representing $34 trillion in assets under management, and applies artificial intelligence to due diligence questionnaires, RFPs and ongoing monitoring workflows. The company has been an early-stage investment of Nasdaq Ventures since 2022.
Nasdaq eVestment, the company’s institutional investment data and analytics platform, connects roughly 4,800 asset managers with more than 1,200 asset owners and intermediaries. It powers over $90 trillion in assets under management and tracks 112,000 products across 109 countries, including coverage of more than 16,000 private market managers and 95,000 funds.
The integration aims to embed Dasseti’s capabilities into Nasdaq eVestment to extend manager research, due diligence and monitoring functions. The goal is to accelerate response times and improve data quality for consultants and institutional investors by consolidating screening, selection and ongoing monitoring into a single environment.
Oliver Albers, Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Capital Access Platforms at Nasdaq, said much of the due diligence and RFP process still occurs outside core research platforms, in spreadsheets, PDFs and email threads.
