Mint Incorporation Limited said it raised approximately $2.5 million through a registered direct offering of securities to institutional investors.
The offering consisted of 2,500,000 Class A ordinary shares priced at $1.00 per share. Maxim Group LLC acted as the sole placement agent for the transaction.
The company expects the deal to close on or about Friday, subject to customary closing conditions. Proceeds will be used to support operations in artificial intelligence, robotics and interior design services, including through its wholly-owned subsidiary Axonex AI Limited and joint venture Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited.
The offering was conducted under Mint Incorporation’s registration statement on Form F-3, which the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective on June 3, 2026.
