Mint Incorporation Limited announced the completion of a registered direct offering that raised approximately $2.5 million in gross proceeds. The Hong Kong-based company sold 2.5 million Class A ordinary shares at a price of $1.00 per share to institutional investors.
The transaction was conducted under securities purchase agreements finalized with the investors. Gross proceeds before placement agent fees and other offering expenses are estimated at $2.5 million. The offering follows the effectiveness of Mint Incorporation’s Form F-3 registration statement by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 3, 2026.
The company expects to close the offering this Friday, subject to customary closing conditions. Maxim Group LLC served as the exclusive placement agent for the transaction.
Mint Incorporation, headquartered in Hong Kong, operates through its wholly owned subsidiary Axonex AI Limited and a joint venture, Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited. The company’s business spans artificial intelligence, robotics, and interior design services.
