Greek industrial and energy group Metlen has acquired Joule, a domestic energy software firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the initial announcement.
The acquisition integrates Joule's software capabilities into Metlen's broader energy portfolio as the company continues to develop its operations across the sector.
