The transactions were executed outside trading platforms and disclosed in compliance with Article 19 of the United Kingdom Market Abuse Regulation, following a company announcement on August 19.
Chairman Dimitri Goulandris purchased 12,983 ordinary shares at $14.50 each for a total of $188,253.50. Chief Executive Officer Todd Shriber acquired 14,843 shares at the same price, totaling $215,223.50. Non-executive director Josh Targoff bought 17,683 shares, while Rupert Dorey, another non-executive director, purchased 5,984 shares. The largest single transaction came from Gatemore Special Opportunities Master Fund, which acquired 87,383 shares for $1.267 million.
Additional purchases included Rosemary Dorey, closely associated with director Rupert Dorey, who bought 9,167 shares, and non-executive director Luana Majdalani, who acquired 5,934 shares. Robert Hou, head of reinsurance, also participated with a purchase of 5,934 shares. All transactions occurred at the same price of $14.50 per share, with total insider buying exceeding $2.26 million.
