Lifeward misses earnings by $0.07, beats revenue forecasts
Healthcare services firm Lifeward reported adjusted earnings per share below estimates, though revenue exceeded expectations for the quarter.

Lifeward reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.43 for the quarter, missing analyst estimates by $0.07, the company said in a filing on Monday. Revenue totaled $1.2 billion, topping the $1.15 billion consensus forecast compiled by Refinitiv.
The healthcare services provider cited higher operating costs and competitive pricing pressures as key factors behind the earnings shortfall. Despite the miss, Lifeward highlighted strong demand for its core services, which helped drive revenue above expectations.
For the full year, Lifeward maintained its guidance, reaffirming its revenue target of $4.8 billion and adjusted earnings per share range of $1.80 to $1.90. The company’s outlook assumes stable demand and controlled cost inflation.
Shares of Lifeward were down 2.1% in premarket trading following the release.
