Legal & General names Kirsty Cooper as non-executive director

Legal & General Group has appointed Kirsty Cooper as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

Cooper, a former group general counsel and company secretary at Aviva, brings over two decades of experience in financial services and corporate governance to the role.
