Latham Group Inc. has appointed Todd Antonelli as chief commercial officer, effective immediately, as the pool manufacturer accelerates its four-pillar growth plan.
Antonelli brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience in building products, most recently serving as chief revenue officer at Cabinetworks Group. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Marvin Windows & Doors, including as senior vice president of sales and a member of the executive leadership team. He holds an MBA from California Lutheran University and a BA from California State University, Chico.
The appointment aligns with Latham’s push to strengthen its commercial organization amid expansion plans that include growing its core in-ground pool business, accelerating the shift from concrete to fiberglass pools, advancing its autocover segment, and pursuing accretive acquisitions. The company operates roughly 40 locations and employs about 1,900 people across North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
