KULR Technology Group posts quarterly loss, misses revenue forecasts
Revenue declined 12% year-over-year as expenses rose, leading to a per-share loss of $0.39 versus estimates of $0.02. Shares fell 5% in after-hours trading.

KULR Technology Group Inc. reported a quarterly loss of $0.39 per share, missing analyst expectations of $0.02, as revenue fell short of estimates.
The company’s revenue declined 12% year-over-year to $3.1 million, below the $3.5 million forecast. Operating expenses increased 8% to $5.2 million, driven by higher research and development costs.
KULR, which specializes in thermal management solutions for batteries and electronics, cited supply chain challenges and lower demand in key markets as factors behind the revenue shortfall. Gross margin contracted to 28% from 35% in the same period last year.
Net loss for the quarter widened to $4.1 million from $2.9 million a year earlier. The company attributed the larger loss to elevated operating expenses and one-time costs related to restructuring efforts.
Shares of KULR Technology Group fell 5% in after-hours trading following the release. The stock has declined 18% over the past three months, underperforming the broader technology sector.
Management maintained its full-year guidance but acknowledged that achieving revenue targets would depend on stabilizing supply chains and improving end-market demand. Analysts noted that while the company’s long-term prospects remain tied to its core thermal management technology, near-term headwinds persist.
The earnings report follows a period of volatility in the broader tech sector, with investors closely monitoring companies exposed to supply chain and demand risks.
