Krsnaa Diagnostics posts 22% revenue growth in Q1 FY27
Retail segment revenue surged 64% year-over-year, offsetting slower growth in other divisions. Company slides detail operational and financial performance.

Krsnaa Diagnostics reported a 22% year-over-year increase in revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, driven primarily by a 64% surge in retail segment sales.
The company’s Q1 FY27 financial performance, outlined in its investor presentation, showed total revenue rising to ₹178.5 crore from ₹146.4 crore in the same period last year. The retail division, which includes diagnostic services and point-of-care testing, accounted for the bulk of the growth, expanding at more than triple the pace of the broader business.
Operating margins remained under pressure, declining 180 basis points to 14.2% compared with 16.0% in Q1 FY26. The company attributed the margin compression to higher employee costs and increased marketing expenses aimed at expanding its retail footprint.
Krsnaa Diagnostics, which operates a network of diagnostic centers across India, has been expanding its retail diagnostics business as part of a broader strategy to capture a larger share of the domestic healthcare market. The company did not provide updated guidance for the full fiscal year in its presentation.
Analysts tracking the stock noted that while revenue growth remains robust, margin trends will be a key monitorable for investors, particularly as competition intensifies in the retail diagnostics segment.
