Kendis, a Swiss-based advisory and fiduciary group, is expanding its operations in Luxembourg after its local subsidiary, Kendis Luxembourg Sàrl, received approval from the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC), the country's chartered accountant regulatory body.
The license permits the firm to offer additional regulated services beyond its existing advisory offerings, including domiciliation, bookkeeping and tax services. Kendis has maintained a subsidiary presence in Luxembourg since 2024.
The group, headquartered in Switzerland, employs more than 200 staff across multiple international financial centers. It serves wealthy private clients, family offices and institutional customers, with cross-border business forming a central focus of the Luxembourg platform.
Kendis is also strengthening its on-the-ground team. An established group of professionals with experience in Luxembourg corporate and fund matters is being integrated, and further hires at the location are planned.
Murad Ikhtiar will guide the continued expansion of Kendis Luxembourg as an advisor, combining local expertise with the broader capabilities of the international group, which he described as a "real competitive advantage."
Adrian Escher, partner and chairman of the board of directors at Kendis, called the platform expansion a significant milestone. "By linking local expertise with our international network, we are well positioned to provide comprehensive support to wealthy individuals, family offices and institutional clients on cross-border matters," he said.
