Jyske Bank said it repurchased 55,859 of its own shares between Aug. 17 and Aug. 21, 2026, at an average price of DKK 1,052.73 per share, totaling approximately DKK 58.8 million for the week.
The buyback forms part of a broader DKK 3 billion program announced on Feb. 5, 2026, and scheduled to run through Jan. 29, 2027. As of the settlement date, the bank holds 1,808,913 treasury shares, excluding client holdings and trading inventory, which represents 3.11% of its share capital.
The program is conducted in compliance with EU Regulation 596/2014 and EU Delegated Regulation 2016/1052. The total value of shares repurchased under the program has reached DKK 1.688 billion to date.
