Jazz Pharmaceuticals Reports Q2 2026 Revenue of $1.2B, Raises Ziihera Peak Sales Estimate to $3B–$5B

Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) delivered its strongest quarter yet in Q2 2026, reporting revenue of $1.2 billion—a 16% year-over-year increase—across a diversified pipeline. The company raised its peak sales estimate for Ziihera to between $3 billion and $5 billion, reflecting expanded approvals in gastric and gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA) and additional indications, including colorectal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. Revenue from Ziihera accounted for 30%–40% of Q2 sales in the first-line maintenance setting, underscoring its growing role in oncology. Meanwhile, EPIDIOLEX generated $292 million, up 16%, with volume growth of 14%, while Modeyso, launched in August 2025, annualized at $200 million based on over 600 treated patients, with a U.S. peak opportunity of $500 million. Xywav added 525 net patients in the quarter, sustaining demand despite generic competition. Jazz also highlighted strategic acquisitions, including Actio Biosciences for ABS-1230, a KCNT1-associated epilepsy program, and Chimerix for Modeyso, aligning with its rare-disease focus. The company’s guidance for full-year 2026 was raised following Q2 results, reflecting sustained momentum across its key brands.
