Integra Resources raises Florida Canyon outlook for Q2 2026
Mineral exploration firm lifts production and cost guidance for its Nevada gold project ahead of projected 2026 ramp-up.

Integra Resources Corp. on Thursday raised its outlook for the Florida Canyon gold project in Nevada, citing progress in permitting and operational planning for the planned 2026 production start.
The company now expects higher gold output and lower all-in sustaining costs (AISC) compared with its prior guidance, reflecting improved metallurgical recoveries and streamlined operational efficiencies. Integra did not disclose specific figures in its outlook update but emphasized the project’s strengthened technical and economic parameters.
The Florida Canyon project, located in Humboldt County, Nevada, is a high-grade, open-pit gold deposit with estimated proven and probable reserves of 1.2 million ounces. Integra plans to begin commercial production in the second quarter of 2026, pending final permitting and financing arrangements.
Management highlighted that recent metallurgical test work has delivered higher gold recoveries than previously modeled, while ongoing engineering studies have identified cost-saving measures across mining and processing operations. The company also noted progress in securing key permits from state and federal agencies, a critical milestone for the 2026 timeline.
Integra Resources shares were indicated 2% higher in after-hours trading following the outlook revision, though the move follows a broader decline in junior mining equities this year. The company’s market capitalization remains below $200 million, reflecting its early-stage development profile.
Analysts tracking the Nevada gold sector said the improved outlook could support Integra’s efforts to secure project financing, particularly as gold prices have stabilized above $2,300 per ounce. The company is evaluating multiple funding avenues, including debt and equity markets, to advance the project to production.
Integra Resources did not provide updated reserve estimates or a revised AISC range in its statement. The company plans to release a technical report detailing the Florida Canyon project’s economics in the coming months.
