Innventure Inc. announced the appointment of Bruce Brown as independent Chairman of the Board, effective August 27, 2026, succeeding Michael Otworth. Brown, who has served as Lead Independent Director since November 2025, will lead the board during a period of strategic evaluation and operational restructuring.
The company also appointed Catriona Fallon as Audit Committee Chair on August 11, 2026. Fallon joined Innventure’s board in June 2026 and previously held CFO roles at Hitachi Vantara, Silver Spring Networks, and Marin Software. She currently serves on the boards of Arlo Technologies and Palomar Holdings.
Dr. William Grieco will assume the CEO position and join the board on September 1, 2026, replacing Bill Haskell. The transition occurs one month ahead of the previously planned date. Innventure also commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer, with no appointment timeline disclosed.
Suzanne Niemeyer resigned from the board effective August 31, 2026, reducing the board size to eight directors. Current independent directors include Michael Amalfitano, Bruce Brown, James O. Donnally, Catriona Fallon, and Elizabeth Williams. All board committees are composed entirely of independent directors.
The board changes coincide with Innventure’s strategic review, which includes reducing parent-level spending, evaluating funding alternatives, and assessing strategic options for its AeroFlexx business unit.
