Following the disposal, Wirth retains a direct holding of 8,045,764 shares in the real estate investment trust, which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker IHT. At the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, shareholders re-elected Steven S. Robson as a trustee.
