Infracore, a Swiss real estate company focused on healthcare infrastructure, reported a 8.5% increase in the market value of its property portfolio to CHF 1.53 billion at the end of July, following the acquisition of Seespital Horgen completed in July.
The company, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since early July, disclosed the valuation update on Thursday. At mid-year, the portfolio’s value stood at CHF 1.41 billion. The transaction contributed to a 5.3% rise in rental income to CHF 35.9 million for the first half of the year, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased by 3.6% to CHF 32.4 million. Net profit rose 5.5% to CHF 22.8 million.
Management maintained its full-year guidance, projecting rental income of approximately CHF 74 million and funds from operations (FFO) of around CHF 47 million. The company published its half-year results about three weeks prior to the valuation update.
