IDEAYA Biosciences Outlines 2025 Launch Plans, Phase III Trials for Uveal Melanoma and Pancreatic Cancer

IDEAYA Biosciences (IDYA) highlighted its aggressive pipeline push at the September 2026 Cantor Fitzgerald Global Healthcare Conference, targeting a commercial launch of its first-in-class Darovasertib for first-line metastatic uveal melanoma by the first half of 2025. The drug is being developed under the FDA’s Rare Therapeutic Opportunity Review (RTOR) pathway, with three of four required modules submitted, and the final module expected shortly. The company anticipates an early FDA review update within 60–90 days post-NDA submission, aiming for a 60–90-day survival readout to inform regulatory decisions.
