Mineral exploration firm Idaho Strategic Resources reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.01, missing estimates by $0.04, as revenue declined 15% year-over-year.

Idaho Strategic Resources Inc. on Tuesday reported second-quarter earnings that fell short of analyst expectations, with adjusted profit per share missing the mark by $0.04 and revenue trailing estimates.
The mineral exploration and development company posted adjusted earnings of $0.01 per share for the three months ended June 30, below the $0.05 per share forecast compiled by Refinitiv. Revenue totaled $1.2 million, a 15% decline from $1.4 million in the same period a year earlier and below the $1.5 million estimate.
The company attributed the revenue shortfall to lower-than-anticipated sales volumes and weaker commodity pricing during the quarter. Idaho Strategic Resources did not provide updated guidance for the full year, citing ongoing market volatility and project-specific delays.
Shares of Idaho Strategic Resources were down 3% in after-hours trading following the release of the results. The stock has declined approximately 18% over the past 12 months, underperforming broader mining sector benchmarks.
Analysts at Roth Capital reiterated a Neutral rating on the stock, citing uncertainty around near-term production timelines and commodity price fluctuations. The firm maintained a $2.50 price target, unchanged from its previous assessment.
Idaho Strategic Resources operates primarily in Idaho, focusing on gold, silver and critical mineral projects, including the Golden Chest mine. The company has been expanding its portfolio amid rising demand for precious metals and strategic minerals used in clean energy technologies.
