Huachen AI Parking Management Technology Holding Co., which trades on NASDAQ under the ticker HCAI, announced a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Hong Kong-listed Beyinda Limited.
Headquartered in Shanghai, Huachen describes itself as a provider of smart-parking systems and precision structural parts. Beyinda is based in Hong Kong and manufactures metal structural components. Under the terms of the agreement, Huachen will leverage its market channels and customer relationships to help Beyinda broaden its sales presence across mainland China, covering areas such as market development, customer introductions, commercial negotiation support, brand promotion, and after-sales service coordination. Beyinda will manage product manufacturing, quality assurance, and delivery against specific orders.
The arrangement is non-exclusive and does not include minimum purchase or sales commitments, according to Huachen. Product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms will be established through separate purchase orders or individual transaction documents. No revenue-sharing, pricing, or commission arrangements have been agreed upon between the two parties.
Huachen acknowledged that any economic benefit to the company will depend entirely on the terms of future specific orders and stated there is no assurance that such orders will materialize or that the cooperation will generate revenue.
Beyinda's product portfolio includes precision metal structural components, sheet metal parts, machined components, and welded structural assemblies. The company serves sectors including new energy vehicles, charging infrastructure, energy storage equipment, and other industrial applications.
