Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) raised its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to a minimum of $200 million, up from a prior range of $160 million to $200 million, while also increasing its quarterly outlook for the third quarter of 2026 to $48 million-$50 million from $36 million-$40 million.
The company also set a revenue target of $450 million to $500 million for fiscal 2027, signaling accelerated growth in its AI-driven security and network intelligence platforms. For the first half of 2026, Gorilla Technology reported revenue of $78.4 million, nearly doubling from $39.3 million in the same period of 2025.
Despite the revenue surge, the company posted a first-half 2026 operating loss of $47.2 million, compared with an $9.1 million loss in the prior-year period. Stock-based compensation of $25.4 million, fair-value measurement effects of $4.0 million, and debt-transaction costs of $2.0 million contributed to the wider loss. Adjusted EBITDA loss widened to $14.6 million from $6.2 million, while net loss totaled $46.9 million versus $8.5 million a year earlier.
Cash flow improved, with net cash used in operating activities declining 65.3% to $4.3 million from $12.5 million in the first half of 2025. The company’s ending cash balance stood at $179.4 million as of June 30, 2026, following a $79.8 million increase during the period, primarily from financing activities.
Gorilla Technology deployed $14.1 million in property and equipment during the first half, bringing total such assets to $29.4 million. The company provides security intelligence, network intelligence, business intelligence, IoT technology, and data center solutions.
