Autonomous freight technology company Gatik said on Tuesday it raised $200 million in a Series D funding round led by the Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies, as the sector accelerates toward commercial deployment.
The San Francisco-based startup, which operates fully driverless truck fleets for supply chain partners, did not disclose a post-money valuation. Gatik reported contracted revenue exceeding $600 million, supported by 85,000 completed driverless orders across its U.S. and Canadian operations.
Funds will be used to expand commercial operations, scale the fleet to more than 100 driverless trucks by the end of 2026, and invest in technology, infrastructure, and workforce development. Gatik currently operates routes in Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, and Canada, serving customers including PepsiCo in the U.S. and Loblaw in Canada.
The round included participation from Millennium Management, ARK Invest, and Intact Private Capital. Gautam Narang, CEO and co-founder of Gatik, said the company has built its platform on real revenue, customer demand, and AI-driven autonomous technology validated in live supply chains.
Abdulla Al-Kuwari, head of industrials at the Qatar Investment Authority, said autonomous freight is transforming global logistics by improving efficiency and reliability.
