Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V: GAL; AIM: GAL; OTCQX: GALKF) reported that warrants over 250,000 ordinary shares were exercised at C$0.12 per share on September 4. The company said it will apply to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to begin on or around September 11.
The new shares will rank equally with the company's existing ordinary shares. Following admission, Galantas Gold's issued share capital is expected to comprise 837,140,093 ordinary shares.
Galantas Gold is a publicly traded gold and copper company focused on acquiring, developing and advancing gold and copper assets. It is currently advancing the Indiana Project and the Andacollo Gold Project in Chile.
