FTI Consulting Inc. (NYSE: FCN) announced the appointment of Eileen Fargis as senior managing director in its global Power, Renewables & Energy Transition practice, based in New York.
Fargis brings roughly 30 years of experience across conventional and renewable power, energy transition and infrastructure businesses. She previously held senior investment roles at GE Energy Financial Services and IFC Asset Management Company, co-headed a multi-sector private equity fund at Overlook Energy Advisors, and served as chief financial officer and chief growth officer at InterEnergy Holdings, a U.S. power developer. She has also served on boards and board committees.
At FTI Consulting, she will advise clients on strategic, financial and operational matters, including capital deployment, transaction advisory, performance optimization and financial turnarounds. Her background spans work as an investor, lender, senior executive, board member and advisor across the United States, Latin America and other international markets, with focus areas in audit, compensation and leadership transition.
