EverCommerce Inc. (NASDAQ: EVCM) disclosed that director and founder Eric Richard Remer sold 30,576 shares of common stock for a total of $293,569 in two transactions executed on August 21 and August 24, 2026.
Remer disposed of 16,602 shares on August 21 at a weighted average price of $9.6299 per share, with individual transactions ranging from $9.495 to $9.745. A further 13,974 shares were sold on August 24 at a weighted average price of $9.5673, with individual sales between $9.465 and $9.66. The company’s shares were trading at $9.55 on Friday, down 0.93% for the session and 21% year-to-date.
Following the sales, Remer retains direct ownership of 5,404,227 shares of EverCommerce common stock. His indirect beneficial holdings include 1,148,663 shares through Buckrail Partners, LLC, 35,000 shares via the Remer Family Trust, 1,000,000 shares in the EMJ Remer Family Trust, and 28,999 shares in Family Trust 1.
The transactions coincide with EverCommerce’s Q2 2026 results, which showed revenue of $152 million, a 2.7% year-over-year increase and in line with Wall Street expectations. Adjusted EBITDA exceeded the top end of the company’s guidance. Separately, Remer stepped down as CEO, with Alex Goor appointed to the role, marking a leadership transition at the company.
