EV Minerals Corporation has filed to rename itself Three Points Copper Inc. and consolidate its shares on a six-to-one basis, the company announced Monday.
The amendments take effect Sept. 18, following shareholder approval at an annual and special meeting on Dec. 30, 2025.
Under the consolidation, every six pre-consolidation shares will convert into one post-consolidation share. Approximately 18,799,486 common shares are expected to remain outstanding afterward. No fractional shares will be issued; any fractions will be rounded down to the nearest whole share. The company said the change will not materially affect any shareholder's percentage ownership, though holdings will be represented by fewer shares.
A new CUSIP number has been obtained to replace the previous identifier for the stock, which trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker EVM and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under RLC.
Endeavor Trust Corporation, the company's transfer agent, is mailing letters of transmittal to registered shareholders, who must return their share certificates along with completed letters. Copies of the transmittal forms will be posted on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.
