Duos Tech reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.15 for the quarter, beating estimates by $1.63, according to preliminary figures released on Monday.
Revenue totaled $1.8 billion, missing market forecasts of $1.95 billion. The company did not provide forward guidance in its earnings release.
Analysts had anticipated a revenue decline of 5% year-over-year, reflecting broader sector headwinds. Duos Tech’s adjusted EPS growth of 12% outpaced revenue contraction, highlighting margin expansion despite weaker top-line performance.
The company, which provides cloud-based customer engagement solutions, has faced softer demand in enterprise software markets in recent quarters. Shares were indicated 2% lower in pre-market trading following the results.
